Shabi and his crew gave great service! We had moved into our house a year ago and just now got around to having our ducts and furnace serviced. It turns out, it hadn't been done since the place was built in '02! The took the time to explain the process and we couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!

Shabi is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He came to our rescue when we installed our new nest thermostat and couldn't get our furnace to heat up warmer than 70 degrees. He showed up on time.. and on a SATURDAY. He showed us all of the dust that has been accumulated. He cleaned everything thoroughly and got our system working perfectly. I will be calling PNW air for all of our scheduled maintenance.
